​The area's premier tasting event, Spirit of Rome 2026, will be held on Friday, September 18th, 2026 and will showcase local foods, beer, wine, seltzers, ciders as well as non-alcoholic beverages, all set against the backdrop of beautiful Woods Valley Ski Area.

A signature tasting glass, buffet dinner, food samples and beverage tastings, outdoor games and live entertainment are all included in the price of admission. Cheers!
